It is that time of the year once again when we leave the comfort of our homes in the USA to visit the mission field. Our team has grown into 7 volunteers from JCMI-USA, 2 volunteers from a church in Arizona, and 5 from JCMI - Manila.
We would like to thank everyone who donated goods and money towards our mission trip. We depend on your generosity to accomplish our goals of spreading the Word of God and helping our brothers and sisters who cannot help themselves.
2016 MISSION GOALS:
* 2016 will take us back to the Home for Girls in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines for four days. This is our BIGGEST mission yet with the addition of a group of dentists and dental assistants to provide basic dental care for the girls and hairdressers to provide proper grooming, The rest of the volunteers will meet with the girls and minister to them about God's love and let them know that God loves them unconditionally in the midst of their brokenness and difficult personal situation.
* JCMI - Hong Kong - Pastor Roger will visit with our sister church in Hong Kong to encourage them about the work they are doing for God and to give them ideas in how to expand their ministry.
* Medical Mission - Aklan Province, Philippines - JCMI will be assisting in a medical mission led by sister Mimi Alforte and her children from Arizona.
* Pastors' Crusade - Aklan Province, Philippines - Pastor Roger is slated to be the key speaker in a crusade to be attended by 42 pastors from Aklan Province. He will be preaching the word and encouraging them to pursue their calling and to enlarge God's territory as stated in Matthew 28:19-20.
* JCMI - Manila - Our volunteer group from JCMI-USA will be coordinating with JCMI-Manila in accomplishing the goals we have set for our 2016 Mission Trip. JCMI-Manila is the group coordinating the logistics on everything local such as transportation, hotel accommodations, packing of gifts for the residents of the Home For Girls, etc. Some of our JCMI-USA volunteers will also be featured speakers during the Sunday services at JCMI-Manila.
